ECA benefits are benefits given to students for their engagement in extra curriculars like sports etc. These benefits are often given to students and may increase based on their performance in the activity they do. Example: An athlete students has to only attend 33% classes to be eligible for annual examinations as compared to a normal student who has to maintain 75% minimum attendance.
